DietController - Exercise

An important part of dieting and staying healthy is exercise! So to help you keep track of the exercise you do, how many calories you have burned off along with how far you traveled or the weight you were lifting etc... We have created the exercise log.

The exercise log uses the same editable spreadsheet style layout as the food log, with word and category searches.

The main features of the Exercise Log are:

Very fast exercise search, searches as you type
Record distance traveled, weight lifted, reps and sets
Uses Powerfull spreadsheet style layout
Add new exercises to the database
Create Routines to store your favorite work-outs

With over 200 exercises already stored in DietController you should be able to find the one you're looking for.

If you can't find the right exercise in the current list, then it's very easy to add a new one to the database.

The exercise log gives you the ability to record the exercise time, calories burned, weight lifted (with reps and set), distance covered and any additional notes.


Using the 'Day Summary' panel at the bottom of the screen, you can see at a glance how many calories you have burned along with the difference between the number of calories you will have burned off that day and the number you have eaten, giving you how many you have remaining.
